Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it is in its original condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

It's important to note that certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons, such as underwear and swimwear. Additionally, any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
